Girly fun with Lillianas Holiday Models! | Kim Lind Photography

Lilliana's is my favorite shop for all the cute hair clips and headbands I use in my baby sessions...not to mention all the clips my daughter wears every day!  Last weekend at the Lilliana's Holiday Model Search we had over a dozen girls come dressed in their holiday attire.  Karla, the fabulous owner of Lilliana's,  styled them in all kinds of different Lilliana's looks - hats, clips, headbands and tutus. With about 15 minutes for each girl, we had a very busy afternoon!  And it was a ton of fun too.   Here's a photo show preview...enjoy!

These two were on the move for our session last week! Because I've been on the move too and have about 10 sessions to post in the next few days, I'm going to let these next few posts be all about the photos without my usual witty (ha! ok, maybe that's a stretch!) commentary. Enjoy!

My one and only mini-session weekend of the year has come and gone.  Thank goodness the rain stayed away! Here are sneak peeks of the first four families who joined me at the gardens in San Ramon.

Most family sessions include everyone...unless you're a photographer yourself.  I'm always behind the lens, and so is Jennifer here.  She's a fellow photographer and it was time to get some photos of her family with her actually in them!  I am flattered to be asked to photograph another photographer.  And I can't wait until she photographs my family in just a few weeks!

This is why, even as a photographer, you need to hire someone every once in a while.  Isn't she a beautiful mom?  We all want beautiful photos with our kids, don't we?  But it's so hard when you're the one always taking the pictures!

 Love this setting, and their clothing choices too.  What a great looking family!

 Sweet!  I had a great time photographing this photographer and her family.  I know it's not easy to switch from being the shooter to the subject...I hope my family can be as easy to photograph as hers was!

I met the "S" family last Friday afternoon for their session. Rescheduled several times (thanks, rain)... but worth the wait!
